Austin Dragon Boat Festival
Dragon boat racing, live cultural performances, an outdoor art gallery, and some of the best AANHPI food in Central Texas, all on the shores of Lady Bird Lake.
ADBF is one of Central Texas's longest-running cultural events, founded in 1999 by community pillar Amy Wong Mok. The Lunar Foundation took stewardship in 2025 and expanded the festival into a full-day platform where AANHPI artists sell original work, performers share traditions across a dozen cultural disciplines, and culinary entrepreneurs serve their food directly to thousands of attendees.
